Blytheweigh (“Bw”) enjoyed a number of client wins in the third quarter of the year, welcoming Central Asia Metals, Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas, Spinnaker Opportunities and Sula Iron & Gold to its resources portfolio.
Central Asia Metals, also known as CAML, is a copper producer with operations in Kazakhstan and Chile. CAML recently proposed the acquisition of Lynx Resources and its lead and zinc mine in Macedonia. This transaction will transform CAML into an AIM listed diversified and low cost base metals producer.
Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas is an exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of unique upstream petroleum opportunities around the world. It holds an interest in 1,800 square kilometre Orinduik offshore block in Guyana close to Exxon Mobil’s "Liza" discovery.
Spinnaker Opportunities is a company focused on delivering a single, material acquisition in the energy or industrial sectors.
Sula Iron & Gold is a multi-commodity exploration company focused on Sierra Leone exploring iron ore, gold and coltan.
