Our courses are run in The Old Vic theatre in central London and use many of the techniques used to teach improvisational drama. This course is specifically designed to help people work together as a team; to help develop supportive behaviours, to be creative as a team and also to give the best impression of the team to third parties. We look at:

• Team Complicity; how willing are you to be part of the team? What behaviours does this require? What makes a team work (and play) well together?

• Team Ingredients; what are the formal and informal parts that make up a successful whole? What different forms does 'leadership' take? What are your customary or habitual roles, and can they be expanded to better serve the team?

• Team Culture; what makes a creative and problem-solving team? What allows some teams to be risk-takers, consistently thinking outside the box?
