ERSA (Employment Related Services Association) represents private and voluntary sector providers of welfare to work programmes, with members responsible for more than 65 per cent of the DWP spend.

It plays a key role in contributing to debate on welfare issues, most notably the recently published ‘No One Written Off’ green paper.

ERSA also contributed to the DWP’s Commissioning Strategy published in February 2008, which saw the introduction of a Code of Conduct inspired by the association’s own Code of Business Conduct for members.
